On June 19, 2025, the board of Directors of the Northwood Lake Watershed Association unanimously voted to approve revised NLWA By-Laws. This was done in order to comply with state requirements for non-profits as well as to simplify governance. These revisions clearer definitions for membership and committees. These By-Laws were reviewed for operational and compliance purposes by the law offices of Orr &Reno. Members with questions can attend the July 26 Annual Meeting or contact the officers.
